If 'on' time is longer compared to 'off,' the motor receives more power. If 'off' time is longer, the motor gets less power. Since there is minimal power lost to accomplish this, the overall motor is very efficient.

With variable speed control, the Digital Maximizer allows for proper speeds to be set and maintained while trolling lures for proper presentation. Fine-tuned speed adjustments and virtual speed adjustments allow the user to control boat speed more effectively in changing environments.

Terrova Foot Pedal:

The waterproof, low-profile, electric-steer Terrova Foot Pedal lets you take precise control of your motor with less than one degree of steering resolution. Offering two steering options: heel/toe pedal or left/right steering buttons--the pedal also includes a rotary speed control dial, momentary/constant on toggle, and AutoPilot on/off toggle. Equipped with an 18-foot cable with an IP68-rated waterproof connector plug, the pedal uses plug-n-play design for Terrova motors, and works in conjunction with CoPilot.
